Fancy casually traversing two countries, perched  on a bicycle with nothing but the great outdoors, 250 miles in 48 hrs of hard burn ahead of you ? Want to get your business behind this fantastic local cause, while casually bragging about your bum of steal. Then cast your eyes on the halow projects latest adventure, The halow 250.

What?

The ride starts in Putney on Friday 2nd May and end on Sunday 4th in Guildford. The first leg takes you through 80 miles of British Countryside to Portsmouth where you will board an overnight ferry to St Malo. You will get more than just a taste of stunning french scenery as you ride the 117 miles to Caen Port. The route includes roads from Stage11 of 2013s Tour de France. Here another overnight ferry and a well earn feast will take you back to the UK for the final 55 mile leg from Portsmouth to Guildford.

This is a physical challenge, a lifetime acheivement and a fantastic experiance well worth the £300 entry fee. There is a minimum fundraising targetof £500, 100% of which will  go to the halow project. The halow project are on board to support you in fundraising; what a fun way to get creative with office teams building activities. As well as the top-range proffessional support by the 2Boats team throughout the two day ride, you will also get both over nigh ferry crossings (including on suites), a delicious send off breakie in Putney, bespoke halow 250 cycling kit, a tour and drinks reception of Portsmouth Harbour, Welcome home party and experienced mechanics throughout.

The halow project are a Surrey based charity that work with young adults with learning disabilities. The are committed to developing creative ipportunities and removing social barriers aiding the young people they support to lead happy and fulfilling lives with as much independence as possible. halow offers a unique and innovative program of activities, giving young people the change to enjoy an active social life, make new friedns and find further educational and employment training through various initiatives.
