DESCRIPTION:Choose from two routes - 100 or 54 miles - both of which are set to challenge even the toughest competitors. There are short steep climbs and hard riding throughout although both routes have some easier sections which allow riders the satisfaction of a good average speed. The 50 mile route is challenging but achievable for those just setting out in the world of cyclo-sportives. The 100 mile route, with nearly 5000ft of climbing, starts and finishes in Rutlands picturesque market town of Oakham, and also takes riders into neighbouring Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire.
