- Taking competitors where no other Sportif is prepared., the event follows much of the routes used by the Professionals in the Rutland - Melton International CiCLE Classic each April .

- Whilst the routre contains several special 'off road' sectors, detours are availabvle fopr any wishing to stay on metalled roads throughout.
