Land's End 100 Sportive

The Land's End 100 Sportive will take place on Saturday 6th October 2018 from Marazion, near Penzance, Cornwall. There is a choice of three routes. The short route is 46 miles (75 km) and has approximately 3,080 ft (940 m) of ascent. The medium distance route covers  63 miles (102 km) and has approximately 3,900 ft (1,200 m) of ascent. The long route covers 102 miles (165 km) and has approximately 6,500 ft (2,000 m) of ascent. Maximum gradiant is 21%. Entry Fees

The entry fees listed on our website are the MAXIMUM entry fees, inclusive of any card processing fees charged by the entry service provider. Just Events Limited operate an early bird discount scheme. The earlier you enter, the more you will save. Also, we will allow you to transfer your entry fee to any of our other events upto 8 weeks prior to the event start date so registering early will not risk loosing your entry fee. Registration

To book your place please use the secure online booking system, accessed from the various links around the event website. Upon successful completion of the registration process you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see this email please check your spam / junk mail folder as it may be there. If you have not received it, please contact us and we will check your registration. Often the error will be a typing error when you entered your email address.

IMPORANT it is your responsibility to ensure that your registration record is kept up to date. You can log back into your registration account from the link in your confirmation email. If any of your personal information changes, such as address, email, phone number, mobile, or Next of Kin (Emergency Contact), please remember to update your account accordingly.

Approximately one week prior to the event date we will send out your 'Registration Pack' to the address you provided in your registration records. The 'Registration Pack' will include your Rider Number, Cable Ties, Disposable Timing Chip, Route Card and Ride Manual. It is your responsibility to check the contents of the pack are complete and ensure that you bring it with you when you attend the event. There will be an administration fee of £10.00 charged to replace any lost or forgotten packs.

Please take time to read the information provided in the Ride Manual before you attend, it will ensure you get the most out of your time with us. There will be no 'signing on' process necessary at the Event HQ. However, there will be a 'Welcome Desk' should you have any last minute questions. 

Terms & Conditions

All entrants must agree to our 'Terms and Conditions' at the time of registration. This is a mandatory part of the online booking process. You can view our 'Terms & Conditions' document using the appropriate links on our website.

Age Restrictions

All person's under the age of 18 years must obtain parental consent prior to entering. The minimum age for the long route is 15 years. Minimum age for the medium or short route is 13 years when accompanied by a participating adult or 15 years if unaccompanied.

Event Opening Times

The Land's End 100 Sportive HQ at Folly Field, Marazion will open at 07:00 hrs. Those cycling the long route will be despatched first, starting from 08:00 hrs. Those riding the medium route will start second, it is anticipated that this will be from around 08:20 hrs. Those cyclists riding the short route will be despatched last. It is estimated that this will be from around 08:45 hrs. All riders must start by 09:00 hrs. We will set riders off in groups of approximately 50 at five minute intervals. The Event HQ will remain open for your friends and family throughout the day. Suitable meals and refreshments will be available to participants on their return. We expect all riders to have completed their chosen route by 17:00 hrs and the Event HQ will close at 18:00 hrs.It is important that participants are confident in their ability to complete their chosen route within these designated time limits.
