This is a fantastic but brutal event in weather like this year's. Next year remind people on the website that this is on rural, often muddy and very gritty roads and remind them to bring lots of spare tubes! It's a huge test and a great way to start the season. Thanks again for a great event.

It was a great route and signage was good. Would have been more fun in better weather and might have been able to enjoy the scenery more.
Having said that I wanted an event to test the legs out early in the season and Mad March Hare delivered. The added bonus of rain, sleet and snow only proved which riders were truely tough and dedicated
...or possibly mad!

The bacon rolls and tea at the end were very much needed! Will be back next year in better weather hopefully.

A portaloo at the feed station would be a nice idea for next time. Other than that it was a beautiful route and very well organised. I'll certainly never forget it, mostly for the wrong reasons, but we all understand that Mother Nature is beyond your control. How about a September ride...?

Fantastic route. The only thing that you can not organise is the weather (and it was brutal on the day) everything else ran smoothly. Communication and pre - event updates were great. Thoroughly recommend to anyone. Thanks guys.
