Ronde Van Calderdale

This ride is a local version of the infamous Tour of Flanders and will include numerous cobbled climbs. The Route will be well signposted before and after each junction along the ride. A map will be available to download before the event if participants wish to print one off beforehand. RETRO and VINTAGE KIT is welcomed but not mandatory but there will be a special prize for the best dressed rider. Certificates will be given at the end for various finishing times and the money raised will go to Kirklees Cycling Academy. This is a ride using open roads therefore the highway code must be followed at all times.

Start times will commence from 09.30 for the longer ride, staggered at 5 minute intervals. 

Start time for the shorter ride will be 10:00. 

Entry fees are £12 for the short route and £21 for the long route.

A choice of a 40 mile or 80 mile reliability trial starting from Spen Valley Sports College (Roberttown Lane, Roberttown).
