On Your marks Events have organized a cyclosportive event from Holdenby House to raise money for MeningitisUK. All routes are mostly on quiet country lanes and encompass some of the most beautiful scenary, historic landmarks and picturesque villages in Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Rutland. The 100 mile and 100km routes head north past the Naseby monument, round Eyebrook Reservoir and Rutland Water and back to Holdenby House via the Welland Viaduct where cyclists can rest at the feed station. The 100 mile route continues around Rutland Water and joins the 100km route again at the Viaduct Feedstation. The family 20 mile route heads off around the country roads and lanes to Naseby, Cottesbrooke, Creaton, Hollowell and Coton. Start, finish and event HQ will be at Holdenby House, where there is ample parking and a feed station.
