I thoroughly enjoyed the ride overall, despite cramping up on the last hills ( my fault as I did not do enough distance rides)
Will definitely return next year to try to get the Gold

As my first experience of a sportive, it was a great experience. All of the stewards were incredibly helpful and cheerful - including one lovely man who changed my inner tube for me about 5 miles from the end after my friend had cycled off with our pump! (Lesson: don't share in future!). I hugely enjoyed it and it was most certainly a challenging course. Thank you!

Very well organised. A couple more toilets at the feed stations would have helped but otherwise a great day. Can't wait to do it next year

Really enjoyed the ride, lovely mix of pleasant cycling with good hill challenges. Biggest problem was the traffic on the main roads through Teignmouth, Dawlish, etc as it slowed us down and at times felt unpleasant sitting in queues.

Very well organised event. Feed stations were excellent with stock and choice. Especially the nice lady making teas / coffees at the 2nd/4th stop on the Extreme route!

One suggestion. Perhaps an option for a squash drink instead of just energy drink / water? I'm usually sick of energy drink after 70/80 miles?

Once again - great event. TOUGH course. Well organised. Would recommend. Would I do it again? Ask me when my legs are recovered!

Very good event. Route good, though more bumpy than I'd have liked in the middle (Haytor-Postbridge).
First feed stop too early to bother with - one would have ben sufficient for the 65 mile route.

I have done many sportives - this was a great one. It had a mix of short yet steep, and long gradual climbs which were a great challenge (hence the Challenge name for the 100km distance). Marshaling was excellent, food stops were very well stocked. Only issue was the signings for the first feed stop were not clear, many riders missed it including myself. However, overall a beautiful day out in the lovely Devon countryside.

Did the Challenge route, loved it. Brilliantly marshalled and signposted. The feed stations were great too. Thanks guys, I'll be back next year.

Great event with good scenery, although the coastal bit through Teignmouth can be a bit busy,

Don't know what Toby was expecting! Max number would be 1000 as stated not 3500 on the Classic so would smaller! Roads used not conducive to group riding anyway!
Well run event. Signposting brilliant even warning locals/car drivers for last 4 weeks of potential delays on theroute. Didn't stop at feed stations though Bellever signage was confusing for the actual route.
KOM pin badge awarded for successful riders a nice touch. Plenty of marshals with red flags, all friendly. HQ good though drinks and food a bit pricey.
Great roads, great scenery, tough course that is a challenge at this time of year in the season.
Would recommend this one however entry fee at higher end of scale. Nice T-shirt to match the medal and Pin badge.
Well done all a great complimentary ride to the Classic

There were not that many people riding the event. Therefore, there was not much socialising and group riding. Not as good as the Dartmoor Classic.
