The Foundation Ride, is one of three events taking place on May 8th, 2016, in aid of the Up and Under Foundation (www.upandunderfoundation.org).

This is a lovely 30 mile ride around the Cheshire lanes, through the pretty villages of Audlem and Wrenbury.

All riders will receive a route sheet (on entry), a route card (at the start), a certificate of completion and free refreshments at the end of the ride.

It is hoped that all riders will pledge to raise at least £25 for the charity and there is a trophy on offer for the person raising the most money for the Foundation.
