The most spectacular, challenging and rewarding early season sportive in the UK! Starting from the beautiful resort town of Salcombe, the Hammer takes in a stunning tour of the South Hams. An incredible event in its own right, it adds a Belgian flavour to the UK event of Hammer Sports / Sportive Cycling UK Trophy Series, and is a perfect springboard to European hilly and mountain sportives, as well as a logical stepping stone for UK events like the Dartmoor Classic.

With spring being the one day 'classics' season, we've added a distinctly continental flavour to the feedstations, which inaddition to the usual energy products, drinks and fruit, will also offer Belgian Liege waffles. If they don't keep you going, nothing will!
