On May 13-14, 2016, the New York City Bike Expo will return to famous 69th Regiment Armory on Lexington Avenue at 26th Street in midtown Manhattan. 

The sixth annual road cycling show will attract more than 10,000 avid visitors including endurance athletes and cycling fans. Over 70 exhibitors will showcase products such as bike components, bike brands, custom cycling apparel, food & wine, and more. The expo is among the largest consumer road cycling expos in the world. 

New York City Bike Expo also serves as mandatory in-person packet pick up for the 5,000 riders competing at Campagnolo Gran Fondo New York. However, the expo usually attracts over 7,000 non-GFNY participants and is open to the public free of charge. 

In the past, the Armory has hosted events such as the NYC Coffee Show and NYC Craft Beer Festival. Until 1960 it was also the New York Knicks basketball team's home turf. 

The sixth annual Campagnolo Gran Fondo New York will take place on May 15, 2016. The race features the world's most international peloton with riders from over 70 countries. 

Athletes take on a challenging 100-mile route from NYC to Bear Mountain and back to compete against each other, the clock and themselves in a personal endurance challenge.  

The 50-mile GFNY BEAR on the same day is a non-competitive ride from NYC to Bear Mountain. The GFNY WORLD series now features events in Italy, Germany, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and France.
