The Dartmoor Classic Opens Entries for 2012

Get ready! On-line registration for next year's Dartmoor Classic goes live at midnight on Saturday 29th October. and, despite increasing capacity year on year, the popular Mid-Devon C.C. promotion is always oversubscribed. An early sell-out of places is again expected.

Organised by the Mid-Devon C.C. in association with Specialized, the UCI sanctioned fixture will take place on Sunday 24th June., with the extensive 'Depart Village' opening on Saturday.


Trade exhibitors, family attractions, live music and on-site catering are all part of the vibrant atmosphere created in the village throughout the 2 day festival. 14 nationalities, plus all the home nations were represented in last summer's ride, with the female friendly facilities welcoming over 300 ladies.

Noted for its slick organisation, bountiful feeding stations, army of smiling marshals, unique granite trophies for all finishers and an abundance of Specialized goodies, the event is now acknowledged by many as "The best sportive experience in the country".

Entry remains unchanged at £27 for a choice of routes through the breathtaking scenery of the Dartmoor National Park and full details may be found at www.dartmoorclassic.co.uk
