Team challenge
You can choose how your team takes on the challenge, you can either cycle the whole route as a team or do it relay style, whatever suites you!
You will need a support driver and a vehicle that can fit your team and their bikes in. Your support driver will be one of your most important team members; they'll supply you with food and drink along the route, give some mechanical support and, most importantly, hugs, support and encouragement!
Your entry fee for the team event is £99 per team member and £35 for your support driver. This fee covers travel you, your support vehicle and equipment to France and back on the Eurotunnel or ferry. We'll also provide a meal for the whole team at the end of ride on Monday evening.
Individual challenge
For those who want to take park on their own you can join our event as an individual. Your individual entry fee is £199. The fee covers travel for you and your bike to France and back on the Eurotunnel or ferry. We'll also provide a hearty meal at the end of the ride on Monday evening.
Accommodation and day to day meals are not included in your entry fee, but we can give you plenty of advice on where to stay and when to buy food. So whether you want 5 star luxury or camper van chic, we'll be able to point you in the right direction.
The route
Day 1:
Over 100km on (mostly) well surfaced, flat, off-road trails until the last leg where you climb on to the South Downs. A fast descent brings you in to Shoreham Harbour. You then head over to France via the Eurotunnel for a well deserved night's sleep in Calais!
Day 2:
Starting from Dieppe, we'll ride 80km of mixed terrain, heading south-east towards Forges les Eaux. Then the final push as we climb up to the medieval town of Lyons la Forret.
Day 3:
We head south, using a wide mixture of trails, providing the toughest riding so far. Around 120km of riding takes you to the finish line at the Palace of Versailles. It's then time to celebrate at our fabulous end of ride dinner.
How it works
We provide a fully signed route with daily briefings to keep you on track. Your entry fee covers your Eurotunnel or Ferry crossing as well as the end of ride dinner.
