206 km Audax cycling event starting from Padiham, Lancashire. Controls at: Slaidburn - 24 km, Tan Hill Inn  -  96 km, Castle Bolton  -  132 km and Gargrave  -  174 km.
6th running of this event out of Padiham. Food available for purchase at every control. Hilly circuit of northern England. No information controls! Simple navigation. Most enjoy the rural roads. 
A scenic but challenging circuit in the Pennines, with an estimated 4500 metres of climbing. Riders should be prepared for a long but rewarding day's cycling through the Forest of Bowland and the Yorkshire Dales. Major climbs include: Nick o' Pendle; Waddington Fell; Tatham Fell; Buttertubs Pass; Stonesdale; Harkerside Moor & Kidstones Pass. Although few fail to finish, many riders take 12+ hours!
