117km cycling event starting from London, Ruislip Lido, Woody Bay 'beach' Station. Controls at Quainton Memorial Hall.

Quainton Express, fast (no controls) undulating course to Quainton Memorial Hall via Waddesdon park for elevenzees, past Buckinghamshire Rail Centre. Optional prologue to start from Ealing Broadway (leave ~1hr).
