We're not South Wales, nor North Wales, we're MID Wales! So expect some long climbs like the 3 mile Nant y Moch epic climb after 15 miles, followed by the 'Arch' climb from Devils Bridge and further, steeper 'sharks teeth' as we head south of the county of Ceredigion.
