An amazing Sportive in the stunning Scottish highland countryside. The big hill - the Bealach is an excellent climb, but the bit along the coast after it was to be more sapping. The feed station at Sheildeg was a bit low on stuff, just when it was needed as my energy levels were low. A must do event, but a long way from most places so best with a longer stay in the area.

As I have said above this year was a year to remember,for the survivors,the course never disappoints and we were gratefully assisted by a tailwind back up the Torridon glen.A brilliant event,friendly and demanding as ever.
