Help the British Heart Foundation fight heart disease by taking part in this annual bike ride. Choose from 3 routes that take in the stunning Gower Peninsula.
Starting at the Recreation Ground in Swansea all routes will follow open roads.
The 12 mile route covers half of its distance along a traffic free cycle path.
The 28 mile route heads out west and takes in some great views over the Gower.
The 46 mile route is for those looking for an extra challenge, with more hills and testing roads to tackle.
There are water stops on all distances and each route will be fully marshalled and sign posted. All riders will receive a medal when they cross the finish line.
Registration fees are £15 for adults and £5 for children.
