A week long training camp based in Kent, the idea is that you ride every day, but can get home to sort out the household every evening!
We have found that riding in a block of training like this boosts, skills, confidence and fitness. Its a great opportunity to meet other women who cycle, and get inspired by all the events that people are training for.
The KVG is a mixed ability club, with every level from beginner to racer, however, you will need a good few 3 hour rides under your belt in 2015 before embarking on this camp.
Saturday 14th - Choice of 35 or 60 mile routes.
Sunday 15th - 35 mile Super 6 - 6 of Kent's more challenging climbs!
Monday 16th- 60 miler, a fast and furious ride through the Kent and Sussex countryside, the aim of the day is to get a fast ride in.
